Carer Ticket Eligibility Criteria

• A free carer ticket is available for guests who are unable to attend the zoo without assistance
• To qualify, you must provide valid documentation showing the need for support, such as:
• PIP or DLA (including care or mobility component)
• Access Card with a +1 symbol
• Each eligible visitor may bring one carer free of charge when purchasing a full-paying adult or child ticket (or with a valid membership)
• Proof of eligibility will be required on entry
• If valid documentation is not provided, a standard day ticket must be purchased
